For first time customers we extend a warm welcome and ask you to complete our Pure Value Trading Application Form, which can be downloaded here and will be required prior to being given your first prices or login. By doing so this will guarantee that we have your correct contact details and contact information, plus will ensure our strict policy of only supplying trade and business can be satisfied.

Once your account is open and you receive confirmation from a Pure Value Trading colleague or your welcome letter we are in a position to receive your orders (don’t worry pricing enquiries can be obtained in the meantime).

Official orders are accepted from any council department and large company but we may need to make a quick phone call to confirm everything’s in order first – but we’ll do it as quickly as possible.

The Pure Value Trading team member working on your enquiry will see your order through to completion and will be your first point of contact for any changes, updates or queries.

A despatch note will be supplied with all products and an invoice will be sent once the order has been received.

Pro forma invoices can be raised quickly and emailed to you as required.
